Orders
Buying at Tenda Granota is very simple. Follow these steps to place your first order with us.
- Find the item you want to purchase and, in the product details, click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Review the items you have added to your cart. You can modify it as many times as you want (from adding or removing products to customizing them or changing sizes).
- Fill in your details.
- Choose the shipping method.
- Complete your purchase by registering at Tenda Granota or as a guest.
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
If you have made a purchase as a guest, remember that you can also create your account at Tenda Granota to obtain more advantages when purchasing your items.
Access it easily and simply by clicking on the cart icon in the top menu of the page. There you can make any changes you want before starting your purchase (check the price, choose the units, confirm the sizes, customize a product or remove it from the cart).
Please note that we cannot guarantee the stock of the items in your shopping cart. For this reason, if any of them are out of stock, we will inform you in this section.
Knowing the status of your order is very simple! When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date and a link where you can track your order.

Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order.
Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. Please see the terms under which you can request a return of items once you receive your package.
If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by email and refund the amount using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
To add a new item: select the product, define the quantity and size (if necessary) and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your cart will be updated automatically.
Click "Continue Shopping" to add more products to your cart without losing your selected items. When you're done, click the "Buy" button to complete your purchase.
If you want to increase or reduce the number of units of a given product, you can do so directly from the same basket using the + or – buttons until you obtain the desired number of items. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the stock of the items in your shopping cart. For this reason, if any of them are out of stock, you will be able to see it in your shopping cart.
If you want to remove an item completely from your cart, you can do so from the cart itself. Choose the product you want to remove and click on the trash can icon; the item will automatically disappear from your cart.
If you want to reduce the number of units of a particular product, you can do so directly from the same basket using the + or – buttons until you obtain the desired number of items. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the stock of the items in your shopping cart. For this reason, if any of them are out of stock, you will be able to see it in your shopping cart.

All items at Tenda Granota include VAT. In accordance with the laws of the members of the European Union, we are required to charge VAT on all orders that will be shipped within the European Union.
