    All products available in our store are subject to availability. If a product you have purchased goes out of stock after your order, we will inform you of the situation and provide you with available options, including a refund if applicable.

    Shipping will be made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method. The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays by the courier company.

    According to our returns policy, products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, provided the products are in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.
