Shipping and deliveries

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, time of your purchase, and item availability. At the time of checkout, we will show you the available shipping methods and costs.

Standard shipping – between 2 and 3 days in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and between 3 and 8 days in Europe (working days).

The delivery time for orders ranges from 2 to 7 business days from order confirmation. However, it may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.

Shipping options may vary depending on the availability of the selected products, the shipping area and the type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase.

In the case of personalized products, the delivery time is 7 to 14 days from order confirmation.

Deliveries are made on weekdays only, so on local holidays, shipping may be slightly delayed than usual. Similarly, during promotional periods, delivery times may also be longer.

Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents with the carrier and difficulties in delivering the goods.

If the delivery date indicated in your confirmation email has passed and your order has not arrived, check the status of your order here.

If your order status appears as:

Cancelled : Your order has been cancelled. You will receive an email informing you of the reason.
Sent : Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Check with the transport company.
Delivered : Your order has been delivered. If you have not received your shipment, please contact us at tendagranota@levanteud.es

From your profile, you can track the shipment at all times, so you will know where it is and what incidents may occur at the time of delivery.

If you have received a notification as a delivery attempt, you can contact the transport company to request a new delivery. (Remember that it is important to keep the delivery notice that was left in your mailbox).

We package your purchases in cardboard boxes and/or waterproof paper envelopes to keep your official Levante UD items in the best condition during shipping.

The shipping company will send you an email informing you that your order could not be delivered (they may have left a delivery notice in your mailbox). Contact them indicating the most convenient date, time and place so that they can make the delivery.

*If no response is received from the recipient, the shipping company will make another attempt to deliver the order.
