You have 14 days from the date you received your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, and up to 30 days to return a product according to our Returns Policy (except during promotional periods with an extended period).

Do not exceed the maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt (except in the case of an extended period due to Promotional Periods). The products cannot be damaged and must be returned unused, retaining the original labeling and with the documents or instruction booklets that accompany them, when applicable.

We cannot make changes. If you need a different size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don't want to us so we can process the refund.

The cost of the return varies depending on the country from which it is made and will be communicated at all times during the return process.

The amount will be deducted from the product return.

The refund will be processed, at most, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw is notified by the buyer, provided that the goods have been received before the end of this period.

The refund notification email indicates that your refund has been processed, but you may not yet see the money reflected in your payment method. Please note that this can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

The return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
